DJ Mustard Presents 'Don't Box Me In vol. 1'

With the release of Don't Box Me In vol. 1 DJ Mustard proves exactly why you can't do that.  He's taken on three huge, well loved, and completely different tracks.  Lil Uzi Vert's 'XO Tour Llif3' leads the way, Childish Gambino's 'Redbone' follows, and newcomer Khalid's 'Location' rounds out the trio of remixes nicely.  In each remix he's taken those original elements that make the songs memorable and rearranging them in ways we'd never imagine.  Combine that notion with his unique sound and there's simply no one else coming close to what DJ Mustard has done here.

The same goes for his entire career.

VIDEO: Yellow Claw ft. DJ Mustard, Ty Dolla $ign & Tyga 'In My Room'

Yellow Claw outdo themselves with this one.  They bring DJ Mustard, Ty Dolla $ign and Tyga along for the tune 'In My Room', and with it find a way to make the intense, larger than life sound of Yellow Claw into a new form from what we're used to. The video looks like one of the wildest parties we've ever seen.  Get 'Blood For Mercy' here!

Cashmere Cat and DJ Mustard: Ice Rink

This track was recorded in DJ Mustard's studio in Burbank back in January of last year.  It's the first collaboration between Mustard and Cashmere Cat to find it's way to you, but it signals more music to come.  What we have here is a very unique combination of the two artist's sounds, the dynamic balance of the beautiful melodies and heavyweight percussion makes a lasting impression.  One that should keep us interested in the possibility of more from this duo.

"24 Hours" by Teeflii ft. 2Chainz produced by DJ Mustard!

This is obviously a dope tune, the meeting of three completely different styles amalgamating to create the future.  Make sure you enjoy this one on this beautiful Sunday.

Jeremih ft. YG: Don't Tell Em

Chicago's Jeremih is poised to make a very significant impression on the world of music.  His collaboration with Shlohmo got our attention in a big way, and while we're patiently awaiting that EP this single will be in heavy rotation.  Mick Schultz and DJ Mustard produced the track that sounds like nothing you've ever heard.  Jeremih soulfully espouses the value in romantic discretion, while YG reiterates the point in his own way.  The song harkens back to classic tracks, and is very much forward focused soul.  We're loving it.
