VIDEO: Kendrick Lamar 'Element'

Kendrick Lamar continues to astound with the music, and the videos from his album DAMN.  'Element' is one of his most powerful tracks, and the video takes that to another level.  It's a collaboration between Jonas Lindstroem and the Little Homies, the duo of Lamar himself and Top Dawg Entertainment President Dave Free.  The Little Homies have been co-directing his videos since the transition from K-Dot, with the exception of 'King Kunta' which was directed by Director X.  Throughout Kendrick Lamar's career they've collaborated with incredibly talented filmmakers.  The results speak for themselves.

You need to see this.

Kendrick Lamar: 'The Heart Part IV'

Top Dawg Entertainment's one and only Kendrick Lamar has just released a new single. 'The Heart Part IV' is a heavyweight, while it may feel mellow thanks to the beat and Lamar's laid back flow the lyrics possess an intensity that stems from Lamar putting the thought into the world, posed at some of the most powerful people "Don't tell a lie on me, I wont tell the truth 'bout you..."

Kendrick Visits Mr. Mooney's Class

Brian Mooney is an incredible teacher. He teaches English with hip hop, breaking down themes, lyrical structures, parts of speech and so much more to his fascinated students. But one lucky day, after hearing they were using 'To Pimp A Butterfly' as learning and studying material Kendrick Lamar himself stopped by to check things out. Big thanks to NPR for documenting this.

Get ready to be inspired.
